THE TOOLSTATION CLUB REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Toolstation Club rewards is an online platform owned and operated by TOOLSTATION LTD (“Toolstation” or “we”, “us”, “our”) to reward existing Toolstation Club members.
Toolstation Club members will be able to earn rewards and participate in promotions in accordance with these terms and conditions. Toolstation has partnered with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (“MLP”) to provide the scheme on our behalf.
In these terms and conditions, we use “Members” or “you” or “your” to refer to the club members utilising The Platform.
ELIGIBILITY
To access the Toolstation Club rewards site you must be a Toolstation Club member.
Products or services available as rewards do not constitute an offer or recommendation of any products or services provided by MLP or Toolstation. The information provided regarding the rewards is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

TERMINATION
In the event that you terminate your Toolstation Club Membership, your access to Toolstation Club rewards will be revoked.
Toolstation reserve the right to terminate your access to Toolstation Club rewards at any time, immediately without specifying a reason.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
VARIATION
All information on the Toolstation Club reward website is subject to change without notice and without liability.
Toolstation reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof, without notice to you. Your continued use and participation in Toolstation Club reward constitute an affirmative acknowledgement of any modification and your continued agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
