1. How do I access the Toolstation Club rewards site?
To access the Toolstation Club rewards site you must be a Toolstation Club member. You can become a member by clicking on the view rewards on the Toolstation website or App, under the My Account section.

2. What does Toolstation Club rewards give me access to?
All Toolstation Club offers are available to Toolstation Club members. This gives you access to a range of exclusive rewards and competitions, such as spin to win, stamp card and prize draws.

3. I can’t access Toolstation Club rewards after clicking the link. What do I do?
The authenticated link is only valid for 1 hour. After 1 hour has passed you will no longer be able to view the site using the same link. If you still require support, please contact MLP. Office opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

4. Can I withdraw from the rewards and competitions?
Yes, by clicking on 'Leave Club' on the Toolstation website or App, under the My Account section.

5. I have a question about my Toolstation account/purchase who do I need to speak to?

6. Why have I not received my 5% discount?
Please note that the 5% discount is issued by Toolstation directly and that it can take up to 24 hours from successful completion of the sign-up process to apply once you’ve joined Toolstation Club. 7. I am having technical issues with the Toolstation Club site/app, who do I need to speak to?
